What are chair covers and what purpose does it serve?

A. Chair covers are made from a variety of materials,such as,polyester,satin,or cotton blends. They are uniquely designed to fit and cover up different types of  chairs. Chair covers are also available in a vast array of colors. Many people choose to utilize chair coverings to accentuate their events and social gatherings. You may say, it is a form of decorating that adds color and beauty to a room. Call it a chair makeover!

 

 

What type of chair cover rentals do you offer?

A. We offer spandex chair covers at this time. Spandex is a flexible fabric that can accommodate different sized venue chairs. It is known for its anti-wrinkling properties. Therefore, decreasing unsightly wrinkles.

 

What color chair covers do you offer?

A. We offer white spandex chair covers.

 

What are your self-service rental fees?

A. Our do-it-yourself service option can save you money! If you have a cheerful, helpful bunch, you may utilize this option to set up yourself. The cost for this option is $2.00 per chair. My team will deliver rental items to you, upon an agreed time, and pick up rental items after your event is over. Your wonderful team of volunteers will be responsible for the set-up and removal of all chair linens! Go Team Bride!

 

Can I rent chair covers for any event?

A. Yes! You certainly can! Chair covers are used for a variety of events. Weddings, bridal showers,baby showers,anniversary celebrations,birthdays,holiday events,company functions,family reunions, and much more!

 

Do you require a reservation fee?

A. Yes. The non- refundable reservation fee reserves your date, and is 50% of your total price. For example, your best estimated guest count is 100,and your head table count is 8. Therefore, 108 x $2.00=$216.00. Half of 216.00 is 108.00. Your reservation fee would be 108.00. The remaining balance and guest count is due 2 weeks before your event date. Don't worry,guest counts can be adjusted and will be reflected in your final balance. 

 

Which type of payment methods do you accept?

A. You may pay by cash,check,money order, or Paypal.

 

Do I need a consultation?

A. You may elect to schedule a free consultation to preview chair cover and sash samples. Email consultations are accepted  too!

 

Will I be able to make a cancellation for any reason?

A. Yes. However,your reservation fee will be non-refundable.

 

What if someone damages a chair cover? 

A. Smile! We understand mistakes do occur. A damage fee will be assessed for the replacement cost for each chair cover that is damaged while in your care.
